Shipping is done directly from our designated wearhouse
After shipping the product will be delivered within 5-10 days
Courier partner collectes in duly packed condition suitable for trnsit.
Once packing done , the real image & courier details will be sent client.
Returns are accepted only transit damage at the time delivery and should accepted by delivery person. The proofs for the same can be sent to us by way of photo & video.
Once refund is approved by us ,The customer can contact us for refund after this excise
On approved refund notification, our delivery partner collect back the material.
Upon receiving goods/good, we will inpect. Based om inspection we either approve or reject.
The approved refund will be credited to the original bank account within 5-7 days
Once the acceptance of return it will take 5-7 days to process. Shipping time 10 to 15 days
